So, wait, is Wanda Sykes playing a fictional version of herself or not? I mean, Richard Lewis is. Or was. But this Wanda is played by a Wanda, but all I know about the character is she is Cheryl’s friend.
Oh, and she was briefly engaged to a gangsta rapper.
Can I just start off by saying that Larry David, the real Larry David, doing an episode with a character like Krazee-Eyez Killa is maybe just asking for trouble? Like, Larry David, the real Larry David, doesn’t strike me as a person who is up-to-date on all things like hip-hop culture. Then again, he spends a lot of time in this episode stepping on bubble-wrap for his general amusement, and that gets him in trouble later.
The other thing that gets Larry in trouble is who will or won’t perform cunnilingus on, well, any woman. Larry and Krazee-Eyez Killa get into a chat about that at Wanda’s engagement part to Krazee-Eyez Killa on the subject, and I have a couple things to say about that. For one, I really can’t write about this on my work computer, can I? For another, I hope Krazee-Eyez Killa isn’t going to become a series regular because that name is getting a bit tough to type out every time. And finally, Mr. Killa has an unseen maid or something named “Delicious” that never appears onscreen, and given his affection for that sort of sexual activity, I can’t help but think that her name means she’s one of his favorites.
I mean, wouldn’t you?
Anyway, Larry doesn’t care for that sort of sex because he sometimes gets a sore neck. Krazee-Eyez Killa likes doing it with Asian women despite being engaged to Wanda who is, most notably, not an Asian woman as near as I can make out. But Krazee-Eyez Killa makes Larry promise not to tell anybody, and Larry only kinda accidentally tells Cheryl, but he won’t break this promise because Krazee-Eyez Killa scares Larry.
From there, there’s a lot of stuff involving a jacket Larry needs for reshoots of that movie he made with Martin Scorsese, and how Larry can offend Susie Greene when he goes to get a script from Jeff because he doesn’t want to take a house tour. That may be the fastest that Larry has ever offended Susie. But despite the fact that Larry doesn’t care for house tours, he will take one from Krazee-Eyez Killa because that guy scares Larry. He also has a copy of the jacket Larry needs.
But somehow Wanda does find out, with more details than Larry told Cheryl as near as I can make out, and that means Larry has to give the jacket back after he tries hiding from an angry Krazee-Eyez Killa, a plan that doesn’t work when you step on bubble wrap.
Don’t leave that stuff lying around on the floor if you’re hiding somewhere.
Well, that’s not too embarrassing. Larry even learned there was a copy of the jacket he never should have taken home in the first place.
Too bad he was coughing on a pubic hair that went down his throat when he was doing his reshoots.
I think there’s another reason for Larry to be against going downtown on his wife.
