YouTube Selection: Let’s Talk Geeks

So, when I do this weekly column, I try to look for something informative or fun or both, and sometimes it takes some searching and sometimes it just pops up on its own.

This week it was the latter as the YouTube channel The Take did an analysis on something very appropriate for this site:  Geeks.

To be specific, we’re talking about the storytelling trope of “the Geek” or nerd or similar such character.  What does that mean and how has such a character evolved?  See the video below for a deeper look.
