It’s a potentially dark and foreboding title. Are they again echoing the original trilogy and creating “their” Empire Strikes Back? Since Empire was awesome, that would be ok. But it doesn’t sound good for the future of Luke Skywalker, as one would assume Rey to be the last Jedi. Though it doesn’t say The Last Remaining Jedi. Maybe…there is another…
I think it’s safe to say that the movie has nothing to do with the 2013 book of the same name. Even if the book is not considered canon, it is interesting that they would reuse a book title, especially one so recent.
